PKS Support Misbakhun Resigns

PKS secretary general Anis Matta rate would be better for Misbakhun if resigned from his position as a member of the House of Representatives since the verdict handed down related cases fictitious letters of Century Bank. Therefore, Anis said the MCC will encourage Misbakhun to resign rather than be dismissed by the Honorary Board of the Parliament.
"We will also encourage him. However, the decision entirely in his hands. The case is not political. So, we leave to the question," Anis said in the Parliament Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (05/31/2011).

Anis judge's resignation to be the best way to do because the process is not going to bother Misbakhun own, party or faction, and the Honorary Board of the Parliament. Thus, the replacement and rapid task-shifting can be done. Party and faction will also not be bothered. "So troublesome aja baseball," he said.

Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives, said the resignation of step both for members of the Council involved in the case and has obtained a ruling of law with permanent legal force.

Misbakhun Meanwhile, he continued, still awaiting the decision of the Supreme Court. However, according to Anis, judicial review would not preclude Honorary Board to execute the verdict.

However, Anis added, if retired, their rights as members of the Council will not be able to return if the recent court decision cleared of all charges member. "Therefore, the decision to resign was submitted to the concerned," he said.
