Mahfud not feel abused Ruhut

Constitutional Court Chairman Mahfud MD admitted to not feel personally abused by Democrats Ruhut Sitompul Poltak related his alma mater. Alumnus of the University of Gadjah Mada (UGM) was admitted to not want to boast his alma mater.

"I do not want and do not like to mention (alma mater) because it was too fancy," said Mahfud told reporters at the Constitutional Court Building, Jakarta, Wednesday (05/25/2011).

Earlier, at the Jakarta Lawyer's Club at Reuters, Tuesday (05/24/2011) night, had questioned the alma mater Ruhut Mahfud. During this time, Mahfud referred to as Professor of Islamic University of Indonesia (UII). Since states that the former Treasurer Democratic Party Secretary General MK M Nazaruddin bribing Janedri M Gaffar, Ruhut often be fierce against Mahfud.

"I was graduated from Padjadjaran University (Universitas Padjadjaran)," said Ruhut.

As a result of this incident, several students came to GMU Mahfud today. These students have been harassing assess Ruhut GMU alma mater. In fact, Mahfud said, there are some students who intend filed a lawsuit against Ruhut.

"Cook UGM want to compare with other universities, that people know that other universities as well if not better than the UGM," said Mahfud.

"So, I assume he was harassing UGM," added Mahfud.

Mahfud admitted students protest why he never mentioned publicly that he graduated from GMU. In fact, studies completed Mahfud S-1, S-2, and S3 in the UGM. Not only that, Mahfud also a professor at one of the leading campuses in Indonesia.

"I myself prefer to call a graduate of Air Break. Water beside many surau. Langgar the boarding school,"added Mahfud.
